In 1994 Richard Evans, a qualified and experienced upholsterer set up the company of Quality Upholstery in Carno in Mid Wales. This location enables him to keep the costs down and to offer the best possible service to Wales and the borders, and even further afield.

In 2004 he expanded and refurbished the workshops to include a new showroom. This enabled him to set up Quality Collections for the sale of finest quality new furniture.
